Your return/exchange options:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days of purchase. Personalized items can not be returned or exchanged.

In case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. (However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.)

Return/exchange at the store:
  • You may return most items purchase on our website directly to our store. Take your merchandise and the invoice to our store and we will be happy to process your return/exchange.

Return by mail:

  • Contact the store and indicate the item(s) being returned and the reason(s)
  • Securely pack your merchandise with a copy of the original invoice
  • Follow the directions the store associate gave for the return
  • We'll process your return minus return shipping fees within 10 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement.

Exchange by mail:
You will not be charges for the shipment of your replacement item.

  • Contact the store and indicate the item(s) being exchanged and the reason(s).
  • Securely pack your merchandise with a copy of the original invoice.
  • Follow the directions the store associate gave for the exchange
  • We'll process your exchange within 10 days of receipt.
